SYNOPSIS
Every Belarusian student having free of charge high education have to work 2 years by assignment after graduation. In order to 'return' to the government the money spent on their studies. Usually working places offered by the government to graduates are far from normal and allocated in small towns.

Three Belarusian students have to work 2 years by assignments in conditions far from usual and comfortable, away from friends, family, professional dreams and amenities.

Sasha is a doctor at a village Dubno, Nastya is a teacher of choreography in a town Stolbtsy and a village Nikolaevshina, Oksana is a geologist at a town Slutsk. They are one of many students in Belarus who have to face difficult, boring and sometimes absurd reality of small Belarusian towns and struggle the lack of civilization on their new working places.
